Das Familienunternehmen wurde 1921 in Ettlingen (Baden-Württemberg) gegründet, wo es auch heute noch ansässig ist. Mit rund 65 Mitarbeitern produzieren wir jährlich ca. 2,5 Mio. qm Nadelvlies, die weltweit in über 40 Länder geliefert werden.
Was erwartet dich?
- Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung inkl. Mahnwesen und Zahlungsverkehr
- Kassen- und Bankbuchführung
- Prüfen und Buchen von Reisekosten- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen
- Anlagebuchhaltung
- Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung, ZM-Meldung
- diverse Statistiken
- Vorbereitende Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Allgemeine Verwaltungsarbeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung oder Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten mit Weiterbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
- Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
- Gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Organisationsgeschick, selbständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Solider Umgang mit EDV-Programmen für die Buchhaltung
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
